About the Role

As a Consultant in EY’s Technology Risk – Assurance (TMT) team, you’ll play a crucial role in helping clients manage complex IT and business risks. You’ll provide insights and audit support to ensure compliance, enhance transparency, and safeguard stakeholder trust. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in Information Technology, Risk Advisory, or Audit, who are passionate about enabling business transformation through robust assurance practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Support assurance and audit engagements focused on Technology Risk for TMT sector clients.
• Conduct reviews of IT General Controls (ITGC), IT Application Controls (ITAC), and SOCR (Service Organization Control Reports).
• Evaluate clients’ IT systems, business processes, and risk controls to ensure compliance with audit and regulatory standards.
• Assist in identifying process gaps and recommend practical, risk-based improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional EY teams to deliver high-quality and on-time client deliverables.
• Maintain thorough documentation and ensure clear communication with engagement teams and clients.
• Stay current with emerging technology trends, assurance standards, and risk frameworks.

Qualifications

To Qualify for This Role, You Must Have:

• Education: B.Tech, MBA, or Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Experience: At least 3+ years in IT audit, risk management, or assurance.
• Familiarity with SOCR, FAIT, ITGC, ITAC, or similar frameworks.
