Responsibilities
As a Tech Advisory Consultant, you will:
- Perform technical risk assessments to evaluate client’s current risk state.
- Conduct end-to-end business process analyses and design solutions for risk mitigation.
- Gather, synthesize, and analyze data using appropriate tools and technologies.
- Assess and design internal controls based on regulatory requirements and frameworks.
- Provide insights by interpreting sector trends and leading practices.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients to deliver high-quality assurance services.
- Conduct internal audits, identify risks, perform testing, and develop detailed reports.
- Enhance engagement quality by applying technology and data risk frameworks.
- Support proposal development and pre-sales activities as needed.
Skills & Expertise
- 3–5 years of experience in Internal Audit and Controls Assurance.
- Strong knowledge of internal controls, audit methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in engagement management from planning to execution.
- Ability to manage teams of 4–5 members and deliver projects efficiently.
- Proficiency in data analysis, risk assessment, and technology advisory tools.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable with frequent client travel and hybrid working arrangements.
Qualifications
- CA Intern / MBA (Tier 2) or graduate in BBA, BBM, or B.Com.
- Certifications such as CFE, CPA, CIA, CISA, CMA, ACCA are preferred.
- Hands-on experience managing end-to-end internal audit engagements.
- Ability to generate innovative ideas and challenge the status quo.
