Summary
Deloitte India is hiring a Consultant – Appian Developer in Bengaluru to design, develop, and maintain Appian applications that drive business transformation and AI-enabled analytics. The ideal candidate will have 3–10 years of IT experience, including hands-on Appian development, with a valid Appian L2 certification.

Key Responsibilities
As an Appian Consultant, you will:
- Design, implement, and maintain Appian applications using SAIL, Process Models, Web APIs, and Smart Services.
- Collaborate with business teams and architects to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Participate in unit testing, code reviews, and performance tuning for high-quality deliverables.
- Ensure secure, maintainable, and reusable code adhering to best practices.
- Support deployment activities and production releases in Agile environments.
- Document technical designs, reusable components, and solution frameworks.
- Integrate Appian solutions with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–10 years of IT experience, including at least 2 years in Appian development.
- Valid Appian L2 certification.
- Strong knowledge of Appian architecture, SAIL, Sites, Records, Interfaces, and Expression Rules.
- Experience in API integration, Appian Admin Console, and environment configuration.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong RDBMS and SQL skills for data-driven solutions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in AI and data-driven analytics projects.
- Knowledge of workflow automation and process optimization.
