About the Role
As a Consultant in Corporate Strategy at EY, you’ll contribute to the AMI industry sector, spanning Aerospace & Defence, Chemicals, Infrastructure, Industrial Products, Automotive, and Transportation. You will collaborate with clients on capital allocation, transaction advisory, and strategic decision-making, using EY’s Connected Capital Solutions (CCS) framework. This role involves analyzing deal risks, evaluating transaction structures, and advising clients on mitigating risks to support sound investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Transaction & Strategy Analysis
- Identify and assess deal issues, including valuation and risk impact.
- Advise clients on structuring and mitigating transaction risks.
- Conduct detailed analysis to support investment, divestment, and corporate restructuring decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
Client & Project Support
- Support engagement teams in financial modeling, valuations, and scenario analysis.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for clients and senior stakeholders.
- Ensure deliverables meet EY’s quality and analytical standards.
