🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage warehouse operations across the assigned cluster for optimal efficiency.
- Coordinate internal and external project kick-offs in collaboration with the Sales Lead.
- Plan and implement efficient delivery mechanisms alongside the operations team.
- Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly delivery and fulfilment planning.
- Ensure timely completion of supply commitments, including alternates.
- Monitor project cost and margin control; identify deviations and escalate issues.
- Manage payables and financial settlements related to the project.
- Build strong relationships with consumer and supplier stakeholders to support business growth.
- Oversee delivery completion, settlement processing, and support transactional accuracy.
- Nurture and mentor a young warehouse operations team, driving growth and skill development.
