Key Responsibilities
As a Civil Maintenance Supervisor at ADNOC Gas – Ruwais, you will:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil maintenance activities across industrial and utility buildings, roads, drainage, and structural elements.
- Coordinate and monitor contractors and in-house teams during maintenance and minor construction work.
- Ensure all civil work is performed in compliance with ADNOC standards, HSE guidelines, and project specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections, schedule preventive maintenance, and resolve site-related civil issues.
- Maintain accurate job records, prepare reports, and use Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking tasks.
- Support in planning and execution of shutdown-related civil maintenance tasks.
- Lead safety toolbox talks, job hazard analyses, and promote a culture of continuous improvement on-site.
Key Skills
- Expertise in civil construction, building repair, and industrial site maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Experience with CMMS tools for job tracking and reporting.
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
- Sound knowledge of civil engineering standards and safety practices in oil & gas environments.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant supervisory experience in industrial or oil & gas civil maintenance.
- Previous experience on large onshore or petrochemical sites preferred.
- UAE/Gulf experience and ADNOC procedures knowledge is an advantage.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, surveying tools, and MS Office Suite.
