Key Responsibilities
🏗️ Civil & Building Maintenance Oversight
- Supervise and control all civil and building maintenance activities within the Dukhan Concession Area.
- Plan and execute routine and non-routine repairs, remedial work, and minor modifications to infrastructure.
📄 Tender and Contract Documentation
- Prepare comprehensive tender documents, scope of work, and service orders for external maintenance contractors.
- Ensure all documentation complies with QatarEnergy standards and international safety codes.
🔍 Data Management & Quality Control
- Maintain accurate records, drawings, and historical data sheets for civil works.
- Analyze inspection reports and implement corrective actions to enhance facility integrity.
📊 Budgeting and Technical Evaluation
- Assist in the preparation of budget estimates for civil maintenance activities.
- Evaluate contractor performance, quality assurance compliance, and execution efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 12 years’ experience in civil construction, with proven capabilities in roads, buildings, and infrastructure projects.
- Strong track record in contractor management, tendering, and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with international civil engineering standards, safety practices, and quality management systems (QMS).
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and maintenance-related digital platforms.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Certifications or training in Quality Management, Health & Safety, or Facilities Management is advantageous.
