About the Role
As a Graphic Designer (Associate) in EY’s Global Delivery Services (GDS) Creative Center of Excellence (CoE), you will design impactful, brand-aligned creative assets that support EY’s global business initiatives. You’ll work on diverse projects — from print materials and digital layouts to social media graphics and interactive presentations — ensuring every design communicates effectively and meets EY’s global standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop branding materials including brochures, infographics, social media assets, presentations, and digital collaterals.
- Create visually engaging layouts and illustrations aligned with EY brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver within deadlines.
- Collaborate with content writers, art directors, and workflow coordinators to translate creative briefs into stunning visuals.
- Apply typography and layout principles to enhance readability and engagement.
- Stay updated on design trends and technologies to bring fresh ideas into your work.
- Communicate with global clients to understand their needs and present design concepts effectively.
- Participate in team initiatives and training to continually improve creative output.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Strong creative and analytical thinking with a user-focused design approach.
- Excellent sense of aesthetics, typography, and layout balance.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 1–4 years of professional experience in a creative design role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and aesthetic sensibility.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro for motion graphics or video editing.
- Experience with interactive media and animation tools.
- Understanding of digital design and visual storytelling.
