🔧 Key Responsibilities
As an Amazon Catalog Manager – Retail Efficiency in Bengaluru, you will:
- Manage strategic relationships with internal Vendor Management Teams to improve catalog efficiency.
- Own the performance and output quality of internal teams handling vendor accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to support vendor operations.
- Drive data-driven insights and conduct deep-dive analysis to identify gaps and propose improvements.
- Lead vendor communication, set expectations, and deliver timely updates across multiple stakeholders.
- Launch and manage new programs, features, and business processes for enhanced catalog operations.
- Execute process improvement initiatives (Kaizen/Lean/Six Sigma) to optimize team productivity and vendor satisfaction.
- Handle team leadership responsibilities including recruitment, performance management, and coaching.
- Oversee metrics like productivity, catalog quality, image/video coverage, and SLA adherence.
💼 Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of program or project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- 2+ years of experience managing teams and delivering operational outcomes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (advanced level).
- Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement initiatives.
