Key Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance QatarEnergy’s In-Country Value (ICV) systems such as the Tawteen Portal.
- Ensure regular updates and smooth functionality of business systems.
- Analyze system data to identify trends and improvement areas.
- Implement new system features and functionalities in coordination with technical teams.
- Maintain compliance with security protocols and data protection standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements.
- Support troubleshooting and resolve system-related issues promptly.
- Continuously improve the user experience by focusing on business and end-user requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital operations management, business systems analysis, or related roles.
- Bilingual in Arabic and English (preferred).
- Familiarity with portal management tools and business process systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of basic programming languages such as JavaScript and C#.
- Understanding of security protocols and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High adaptability to evolving technologies and digital tools.
- Results-driven with a focus on user experience and business alignment.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Communication Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200) are highly desirable.
