Responsibilities
- Provide first-level SAP MM-ES support to the Contracts Department, ensuring smooth contract management within SAP.
- Act as the PM department’s representative for SAP development requests, issue resolution, upgrades, and process improvements.
- Ensure all contract management procedures are accurately mapped and documented within SAP.
- Manage SAP report development and deliver training sessions to end users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP MM-ES with Materials Management and Maintenance business processes.
- Lead SAP support activities covering full contract lifecycle: requisition, tendering, award, execution, close-out, and claim settlements.
- Utilize ASAP methodology and Solution Manager for project tracking and SAP support.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience with proven expertise as SAP MM-ES Super User.
- Hands-on experience with at least two full lifecycle SAP MM-ES implementations.
- Deep understanding of contract management processes within Oil & Gas or heavy process industries.
- Strong SAP navigation skills across MM, PS, PM, FI, and BW modules preferred.
- Experience supporting SAP MM module External Services functionality for 2+ years.
- Familiarity with SAP version 4.7E or mySAP ERP.
- Ability to handle complex contracts from requisition through to final close-out.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Educational Qualifications
- University Degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- SAP Certification in MM Module (mandatory).
- Additional certifications in PS, PM, FI, or BW modules are a plus.
- Contract management certification will be advantageous.
