Key Responsibilities
- Generate and publish monthly business review reports, including expense base, headcount, and organizational metrics.
- Manage financial variance commentary and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Publish and automate workforce, operational, and business metrics reports.
- Collaborate with support teams (CIO Office, Real Estate, Recruitment) to drive strategic initiatives.
- Oversee headcount planning, hiring tracking, and location allocations.
- Manage real estate/seat allocations and associated reporting independently.
- Engage with multiple stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment across the business.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of finance and business management experience.
- Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in business management roles within the technology sector.
- Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and expense forecasting.
- Proficient in data analysis, MS Excel, and MS Office tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and manage multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in Tableau, Alteryx, or other analytical tools.
- Familiarity with finance tools such as Essbase and Anaplan.
