KPMG Global Services (KGS) is hiring a Business Associate / Presentation Designer in Bangalore to join its Creative Services team. This role is ideal for candidates with 2–4 years of experience in MS Office and Adobe Suite, specializing in presentation design, formatting, and creative project management. The selected candidate will work on high-profile projects for KPMG Member Firms in the Netherlands, delivering professional, visually compelling presentations and creative outputs while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Project Management

• Conceptualize and design high-quality presentations and creative outputs for KPMG Member Firms.
• Collaborate with offshore and onshore leads to deliver professional, visually compelling, and accurate materials.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand standards.
• Lead creative projects from briefing, planning, and execution to final delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements to maintain high standards of creative output.

Technical & Functional Expertise

• Utilize MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) as primary tools for professional graphics and presentation design.
• Apply Adobe Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) for advanced creative tasks.
• Ensure presentations are polished, error-free, and aligned with business requirements.

Client & Team Collaboration

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to manage expectations and propose creative alternatives.
• Build strong working relationships with team members and client leads to deliver service excellence.
• Adapt to changing priorities and workload fluctuations, including potential weekend or after-hours support.

Quality & Compliance

• Maintain exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and high-quality outputs.

Qualifications & Skills

Educational Background

• Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) or related creative/design qualification.

Professional Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in presentation design, creative services, or graphics roles.
• Proven experience in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and familiarity with Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
