Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support SAP and other cloud HR solutions to enhance IT cost-effectiveness and service quality across QatarEnergy group companies.
- Analyze and improve HR business processes including recruitment, personnel administration, employee relations, and compensation management.
- Develop detailed SAP HCM business process functional and technical specifications.
- Evaluate and recommend system solutions to optimize HR processes and meet future business needs.
- Manage project resources, budgets, and timelines to successfully deliver SAP implementation projects.
- Maintain integration between SAP HR modules and other enterprise systems such as Finance (FI/CO) and External Services.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to manage SAP security, roles, and authorizations.
- Lead customer workshops and training sessions to optimize SAP system use and identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide ongoing mentoring and on-the-job training for Qatari and non-Qatari associates.
- Document and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) processes ensuring standardized work practices.
- Liaise with SAP AG and external vendors to resolve product issues and system enhancements.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years professional experience including:
- At least 3 years hands-on SAP HCM (including SuccessFactors) implementation and support.
- Experience with 2+ full SAP HCM lifecycle projects as a Senior Consultant.
- 2+ years working within HR functions such as Recruitment, Personnel Administration, Employee Relations, or Compensation Management.
- Deep knowledge of SAP HCM modules: Personnel Administration, Organization Management, Time Management, Payroll, and Personnel Development.
- Familiarity with SAP integration points across HR, Finance, and Logistics modules.
- Experience in SAP project methodologies (ASAP, Solution Manager) and project management best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multicultural, multinational teams.
- Commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and independent judgment.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Computer Science, or related field.
- SAP Certification as Application Associate in Human Capital Management (HCM) or SuccessFactors is mandatory.
