Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst – Executive, you will:
- Assist Product Owners in defining project goals and scope.
- Conduct domain research and comparative analysis.
- Elicit, analyze, and specify requirements aligned to business goals.
- Document requirements as user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Participate in requirement validation and user testing sessions.
- Act as a communication bridge between business stakeholders and project teams.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate delivered features.
- Generate presentations and reports to address product-related decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to define product backlogs and collaborate with UI/UX designers.
- Strategic mindset with experience in gap analysis and feasibility studies.
- Tech-savvy with exposure to digital product development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree.
