EY India is hiring a BPM-PEGA LSA Manager with expertise in Pega application development, digital process optimization, and team leadership. Based in Noida with flexibility to work from anywhere in the country, this role is ideal for professionals with 7–13 years of experience in Pega platforms and hands-on experience with Smart Dispute (SD), Smart Investigate (SI), and Decisioning Frameworks. The successful candidate will lead a team of 6–10 developers, drive Pega-based digital transformations, optimize workflows using Agentic AI, and ensure successful delivery of end-to-end Pega implementations across multiple domains.

About the Role
As a BPM-PEGA LSA Manager at EY, you will design, develop, and optimize business processes using the Pega platform. You will lead complex digital transformation projects, ensure quality delivery, and mentor junior developers. You will also participate in Scrum ceremonies, pre-sales activities, and technical solutioning to maximize client satisfaction and project efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Pega development teams and maintain effective communication with managers and stakeholders.
- Ensure on-time delivery of tasks and compliance with EY policies.
- Participate in design, development, QA, deployment, and support activities.
- Define process improvements to optimize business and technical KPIs.
- Build technical assets, accelerators, and reusable components.
- Conduct unit testing, architecture updates, and technical documentation.
- Guide teams on Pega best practices, Guardrail improvements, and performance tuning.
- Support pre-sales activities, RFP responses, and certification drives.
Skills and Attributes
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Solid experience in Pega architecture/design across multiple projects.
- Hands-on expertise in Pega Cloud, Case Management, Class Structure Design, Decision & Declarative Rules, Integrations, and Security Models (RBAC, ABAC).
- Proficiency in PL/SQL, Java/J2EE, UI/UX, portals development, and workflow optimization using Agentic AI.
- Ability to mentor teams, cross-train, and manage large-scale implementations.
Qualifications
- 7–13 years of Pega application development experience, with 5–7 years in SD/SI & Decisioning Frameworks.
- Completed 5–6 end-to-end Pega implementations across domains.
- Experience in Pega Constellation, Pega Deployment Manager, and Pega Best Practices.
- B.E/B.Tech (Electronics, CS, or related) / MCA preferred.
- Pega CLSA 7.x/8.x certification preferred.
- Experience in Big 4 or panelled SI/ITeS companies is a plus.
