Key Responsibilities
As a People & Development Senior Specialist at BCG X, you will:
- Support career development by facilitating CDC meetings, ensuring consistency in performance evaluation, and preparing case dossiers.
- Partner with the regional Career Development (CD) team to manage tenure reviews, case reviews, and talent data accuracy.
- Ensure data integrity across HR systems, including Workday, staffing databases, and case information.
- Provide feedback from CDC processes to shape Learning & Development (L&D) strategy.
- Act as the regional point of contact for pillars like L&D, Diversity & Inclusion, Compensation, and Insights & Reporting.
- Drive people-focused initiatives to strengthen culture, engagement, and employee experience across BCG X.
- Collaborate with regional P&D, staffing, finance, and recruiting teams to deliver seamless HR operations.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a global, matrixed organization.
