Responsibilities
As an Associate Vice President – Transaction Diligence at EY New Delhi, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting financial due diligence (FDD) including analysis of historical and projected financial statements, margins, EBITDA, and working capital.
- Identifying deal issues, risks, and valuation impacts while advising clients on mitigation strategies.
- Providing insights into transaction structures and advising on structuring challenges.
- Leading project management, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality reports and analyses.
- Managing, mentoring, and developing junior staff within the team.
- Collaborating across teams to deliver integrated M&A advisory solutions to TMT clients.
- Supporting client decision-making through Capital Agenda framework and EY’s Connected Capital Solutions.
Skills & Competencies
EY seeks an experienced AVP – Transaction Diligence with strong analytical and leadership capabilities. Desired skills include:
- Expertise in financial due diligence (FDD) and M&A processes.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data.

Qualifications
To be considered for the Associate Vice President – Transaction Diligence role at EY, you must have:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with strong academic background.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in FDD/M&A.
- Prior experience in a Big 4 CA firm or leading transaction advisory practice preferred.
- Exposure to TMT clients is an added advantage.
