Key Responsibilities
- Lead deal origination and provide support for transaction ideation.
- Independently manage and execute M&A, private equity, and structured finance projects.
- Perform advanced financial analysis and build robust financial models.
- Interact directly with clients and lead discussions on engagement deliverables.
- Develop deep expertise in the infrastructure sector and related transaction documentation.
- Execute live mandates, ensuring timely deal closure.
- Demonstrate initiative, proactivity, and self-driven leadership in all engagements.

- Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience
- MBA from IIM or other Tier 1 institutions.
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or other buy-side roles.
- Prior exposure to the infrastructure sector and related financial advisory.
