Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize web-based systems to support client operations.
- Assist clients in analyzing field-collected data, establishing linkages, and preparing monthly, bi-monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver data-driven solutions and actionable insights.
- Maintain accuracy, quality, and relevance of data for client reporting and decision-making.
- Support application development projects using Java, JSP, and SQL.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within Managed Services and Advisory projects.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Java / JSP application development.
- Strong knowledge of SQL queries and database management.
- Experience with web-based solutions, MIS, and data analytics platforms.
Professional Skills:
- Positive attitude, strong analytical skills, and willingness to learn.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.

Qualifications & Education
- Required: B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA / M.Tech. or four-year computer/IT degree from a recognized university.
- Preferred: Engineering Graduate or Postgraduate with certification/specialization in technology, such as Development, Database, ERP, Java, or Oracle.
- Professional Competency: Client counseling and advisory support experience is a plus.
