Responsibilities
As an Associate – Supply Chain, Performance Improvement CoE, you will:
- Lead project deliverables and provide supply chain and performance improvement insights.
- Analyze client data, systems, and supply chain operations to generate actionable solutions.
- Conduct advanced data analysis, cost diagnostics, procurement maturity assessments, inventory and network optimization.
- Develop and present client-ready reports and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx.
- Collaborate with global Bain teams to support casework across industries and geographies.
- Groom and mentor analysts, providing coaching and guidance.
- Create and contribute to Bain’s proprietary intellectual property (IP) in performance improvement.
- Manage multiple workstreams and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate with 3–5 years of relevant experience, OR MBA/Post-Graduate with 1–3 years of experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, and Llamasoft SCG.
- Experience in supply chain, operations, or performance improvement consulting is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior-level stakeholders.
- Ability to coach junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
