Key Responsibilities
As an Associate – Capital & Debt Advisory at EY New Delhi, you will:
- Support capital raising and debt advisory mandates for corporate and institutional clients.
- Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis to assess debt capacity and capital structure.
- Assist in preparing pitch books, presentations, and client proposals.
- Perform industry and market research to support transaction strategies.
- Evaluate transaction risks and provide recommendations to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with senior consultants on capital structuring, refinancing, and advisory solutions.
- Ensure timely execution and delivery of client engagements.
