Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Analytics
- Manage staffing and internal cross-charge databases with accuracy
- Consolidate, clean, and validate data for monthly reports
- Prepare dashboards and highlight insights for leadership decision-making
- Identify anomalies and recommend actionable solutions
Staffing & Resource Management
- Provide staffing and billing guidance to stakeholders
- Support ECD teams in capturing project and resource allocation data
- Ensure accurate mapping of teams, managers, and CoE levels to calculate utilization metrics
- Coordinate with managers to reconcile and update system data
Process Improvement & Projects
- Execute internal/external feedback surveys in line with deadlines
- Assist with automation of routine reporting and data processes
- Support ad hoc assignments, global/local projects, and initiatives
- Perform zero-defect analysis of databases and reports
- Create models to improve efficiency and detect data gaps
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/MBA degree with strong academic achievement
- 1.5–3 years of experience in reporting, data analytics, and visualization
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, and MS Excel
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication (written & oral) and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong judgment when handling confidential information
