Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience in Workday implementations, strong understanding of manual and automation testing, and optionally hold Workday certifications. Work across multiple projects in Bengaluru, Gurgaon, Kolkata, and Bhubaneswar, contributing to enterprise-level Workday solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Work as a Workday Consultant, BA, Tester, or Developer across multiple Workday HCM modules.
- Assist project teams with requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and implementation.
- Develop and maintain deliverables, ensuring quality and compliance with PwC standards.
- Support manual and automation testing, including test management and defect management.
- Work on Workday integrations and end-to-end implementations using PECI/WECI, Core Connector, and Studio.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive project success using Agile methodology.
- Contribute to team knowledge, technical acumen, and PwC brand development.
- Maintain awareness of local and national business trends, regulatory changes, and Workday updates.
Essential Skills
- Functional or QA or Developer experience in Workday HCM modules: Recruiting, HCM, Talent, Performance, Compensation, Skills, Absence, Benefits.
- Strong experience in manual testing and test management tools.
- Good knowledge of integration and end-to-end Workday implementation.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality solutions.
Preferred Skills:
- Workday Certification(s).
- Experience with automation testing.
- Exposure to Agile project delivery.

- BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech / MBA
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant Workday experience
- Strong academic track record with 60%+ in 10th, 12th, and Graduation
