Key Responsibilities
- Support transaction diligence engagements across M&A, private equity, and corporate clients.
- Assist in financial and commercial due diligence by analyzing historical and forecasted financials.
- Conduct market research and industry benchmarking to inform client decisions.
- Develop financial models and valuation analyses for investment opportunities.
- Prepare presentation decks and reports summarizing findings and recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- CA / MBA / Finance graduate from a recognized institute.
- 1–3 years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in transaction advisory, investment banking, or M&A teams.
- Strong skills in financial modeling, valuation, and Excel.
- Knowledge of deal structuring, corporate finance, and transaction due diligence frameworks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and meet tight deadlines.
