About SaT – Transaction Diligence
- The Strategy & Transactions (SaT) team helps clients optimize capital allocation and make informed investment decisions.
- Transaction Diligence focuses on assessing financial, operational, and commercial risks during mergers, acquisitions, and investment processes.
- Key areas include due diligence, financial modeling, valuations, deal structuring, and project finance analysis.
- Clients include corporates, private equity firms, family businesses, and educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support financial due diligence and transaction advisory assignments.
- Assist in preparing financial models, valuations, and investment analyses.
- Conduct research and analysis to support deal decision-making.
- Prepare client presentations, reports, and executive summaries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all project deliverables.
