SaT – TCF – Financial Diligence
As part of the Strategy and Transactions (SaT) – Financial Diligence team, you will support clients in reshaping portfolios, optimizing capital allocation, and making high-impact financial decisions. Using Connected Capital Solutions (CCS), you will provide expertise in investment banking advisory, valuations, modeling, restructuring, project finance, and EY Parthenon strategy & execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed financial analysis of target companies including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Prepare comprehensive due diligence reports highlighting key risks and actionable insights for clients.
- Create and deliver presentations for client meetings, summarizing findings and strategic recommendations.
- Mentor and train junior associates in financial analysis and due diligence methodologies.
- Utilize tools like Excel and PowerPoint for analytics and client deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Qualification:
- Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience:
- 1-3 years post qualification in Financial Due Diligence (FDD) or audit
