Role Overview – Associate, SaT – Financial Diligence
As an Associate in EY’s Financial Diligence team, you will work on M&A transactions, due diligence, and financial advisory projects. This role involves analyzing financial statements, identifying risks and opportunities, and supporting clients with insights that help in decision-making during transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support financial due diligence engagements for clients in TMT and other industries
- Analyze financial statements and identify key business drivers, risks, and trends
- Work on M&A transactions, valuations, and transaction advisory
- Assist in preparing high-quality reports, presentations, and financial models
- Collaborate with senior consultants and managers to deliver project outcomes
- Ensure compliance with EY’s quality standards and risk policies
- Contribute to thought leadership by assisting in research and insights

Qualifications
