PwC India is seeking an experienced SAP PM Consultant to join our Enterprise Applications Advisory team in Pune. This role provides the opportunity to implement, configure, and optimize SAP Project Management (PM) solutions, particularly in the manufacturing sector, to help clients maximize their SAP investment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA PM implementations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to deliver end-to-end SAP project solutions, driving operational efficiency and business process excellence.

Key Responsibilities
As an Associate – SAP PM Consultant, you will:
- Lead SAP S/4HANA PM implementations for manufacturing clients.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PM functional specifications.
- Configure and customize the SAP PM module to meet project and operational needs.
- Collaborate with end-users to gather requirements and ensure effective solution adoption.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and UAT for end-users.
- Support end-to-end project execution, including planning, monitoring, and reporting.
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions for SAP PM issues.
- Document processes, configurations, and create user guides.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP PM and S/4HANA innovations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience in SAP PM with at least 2 end-to-end S/4HANA implementations.
- Strong understanding of project management processes in manufacturing.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- SAP PM certification or additional SAP module experience.
