Responsibilities
Research Support
- Conduct business research to support Bain’s consultants and global teams.
- Use desktop resources and business tools effectively to deliver high-quality insights.
- Ensure accuracy, structure, and organization in research output.
- Gather feedback from internal clients and address research-related issues promptly.
Data & Process Optimization
- Support the transition of manual processes into automated data retrieval and delivery systems.
- Apply innovative approaches to improve data efficiency and reporting standards.
Asset Building & Knowledge Management
- Contribute to ongoing asset-building projects such as database updates and knowledge sharing.
- Maintain and update departmental research assets for long-term impact.
Skills & Qualifications
- Enrolled in the ICFAI Business School PG Program (Batch of 2025–26).
- Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with business databases, research tools, and digital data sources.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with consulting teams and senior leadership.
