PwC India is seeking a Renewable Energy & Utility Transformation Associate Consultant to join our Advisory team in Gurgaon. In this role, you will support large-scale utility and renewable energy projects, including smart metering, AMI/AMI-based systems, and energy accounting initiatives. The position provides an opportunity to drive business development, manage client relationships, and implement ERP and metering solutions, helping clients optimize operations, improve efficiency, and achieve sustainable energy goals. Ideal candidates have a B.Tech + MBA, 3+ years of consulting experience, and expertise in smart metering, power distribution, and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities
As an Associate – Renewable Energy & Utility Transformation, you will:
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to proposal preparation.
- Manage client relationships and maintain regular communication with stakeholders.
- Assist in project management across renewable energy and utility transformation projects.
- Provide consulting and advisory services on smart metering and ERP solutions.
- Execute metering projects under DDUGJY/R-APDRP/IPDS/AMI frameworks for consumers, distribution transformers, and feeders.
- Handle field quality issues, third-party inspections, and assist in material inspection of meters.
- Support power scheduling, energy accounting, and settlement activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory Skills:
- Consulting background with experience in smart metering, ERP systems, and power distribution.
- Proven knowledge of AMI/AMR systems, energy accounting, and power scheduling.
- Experience in at least three AMI-based projects and two system metering projects.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong communication and executive presence.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
