Key Responsibilities

As an Associate Project Manager, your primary responsibility is to support the delivery of complex energy projects by ensuring seamless coordination, documentation, and compliance.

Project Coordination

  • Support Project Managers with execution of projects from initiation to closeout.
  • Attend and contribute to project meetings via MS Teams.
  • Track and update project schedules in MS Project.

Documentation & Reporting

  • File and manage technical drawings using SharePoint and client DMS tools.
  • Liaise with factories to prepare and submit IOM & MDR documentation.
  • Assist in preparing documentation compliant with contract requirements.

Financial & SAP Support

  • Assist the Project Commercial Officer in creating sales and purchase orders.
  • Support SAP transactions related to inventory, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
  • Generate reports for progress tracking, financial projections, and cash flow.

Quality & Compliance

  • Coordinate warranty claims and defect rectifications with the service and factory teams.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal and external quality, health, and safety standards.

Required Skills & Competencies

To succeed in this Associate Project Manager job, you’ll need the following skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, SAP, Excel).
  • Experience with document management systems (Aconex, Ineight, Procore).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
