Key Responsibilities
- Oracle Fusion & EBS Development: Design, develop, and implement Fusion technical solutions and EBS customizations.
- Integration Cloud & PaaS: Develop and configure Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and related PaaS components such as VBCS and PCS.
- Reporting & Analytics: Create, customize, and troubleshoot BI Publisher (BIP) reports for enterprise reporting.
- Solution Design & Architecture: Collaborate with functional consultants and business teams to understand requirements and define scalable technical solutions.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support and problem resolution across Oracle applications.
- Collaboration & Mentoring: Work closely with project teams, guide junior developers, and share best practices in Oracle technology implementation.
Essential Skills
- Strong Oracle Fusion and EBS technical knowledge
- Hands-on experience in OIC, PaaS components (VBCS, PCS)
- Expertise in BI Publisher (BIP) report development
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP architecture and integrations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in full-stack Oracle development covering both EBS and Fusion environments
- Familiarity with cloud and hybrid deployments
Qualifications
- B.Tech / BE / MCA / MBA or equivalent full-time degree
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion technical development
