PwC India is seeking an Associate – Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant to join its Advisory Oracle Services Practice in Kolkata (DN 57). This role provides professionals with 3+ years of experience the opportunity to implement and optimize Oracle Cloud (Fusion) ERP solutions, supporting business transformation across finance, supply chain, human capital, and governance processes. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in Oracle Fusion, SQL/PLSQL, BI Publisher, and integration technologies with the ability to collaborate with functional teams to deliver scalable, innovative solutions. This position offers exposure to the full Oracle Fusion SDLC, including development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities
Oracle Fusion Technical Development
- Deliver end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP/Fusion Cloud technical solutions for client projects.
- Develop and maintain BI Publisher reports, FBDI/OTBI templates, and OIC integrations.
- Write and optimize SQL/PLSQL queries for database reporting and data processing.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion applications.
- Collaborate closely with functional consultants to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
Project Implementation & SDLC
- Participate in full software development life cycle (SDLC): requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Execute test plans and validate technical solutions for quality assurance.
- Assist in project planning, budgeting, and timelines for successful Oracle implementations.
- Stay updated on emerging Oracle Cloud technologies and recommend innovative technical solutions.
Team Leadership & Mentoring
- Provide guidance and technical mentoring to junior team members.
- Review technical deliverables to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and cross-functional teams.
Required Skills
