PwC Mumbai is hiring an experienced Associate – Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to implement, configure, and maintain Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud solutions for advisory clients. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Oracle HCM modules, integrations, and reporting tools to optimize human resources processes, enhance talent management, and support clients in achieving their strategic workforce objectives. Ideal candidates have strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, OIC integrations, data management, and BI reporting, combined with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Compensation.
- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud applications to meet client-specific requirements.
- Develop and customize reports using Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and other reporting tools.
- Create and modify HCM extracts, HDL scripts, and other data integration processes.
- Design and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
- Perform routine system maintenance, upgrades, and optimizations to ensure peak performance.
Mandatory Skills
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Absence, Time & Labour, Payroll, Workforce Planning, HR Helpdesk, Digital Assistants, Guided Learning).
- Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and middleware solutions.
- Strong technical consulting, configuration, and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in HCM Cloud system maintenance and upgrades.
- Knowledge of Oracle ADF, workflow automation, and talent management processes.
- Ability to provide end-user training and support.
Qualifications
- Education: BE / B.Tech / MBA / MCA / Chartered Accountant Diploma
- Experience: 4–7 years in Oracle HCM Cloud consulting, configuration, and integration projects
