Key Responsibilities
As an Associate – Knowledge Management at Bain & Company, you will:
- Manage and upload content contributions to Bain’s global knowledge base.
- Sanitize and standardize client materials by removing confidential information.
- Write abstracts and apply tagging for easy content retrieval by consulting teams.
- Post content and ensure compliance with Bain standards and guidelines.
- Oversee and coach Junior Knowledge Associates on content quality.
- Identify and streamline duplicative or low-usage content.
- Support in creating and refreshing practice content, credentials, and industry pages.
- Assist Senior Knowledge Specialists with knowledge capture tasks (e.g., call notes, request handling).
- Perform practice analytics using Excel, Alteryx, and Tableau to generate insights.
- Support newsletters, updates, and communication across Bain’s global practice affiliates.
- Maintain trackers, databases, and affiliate profiles.
Required Qualifications
- Must be from the Postgraduate Batch of 2025–26 at Christ University, Bangalore.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; exposure to Tableau/Alteryx is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong content management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global consulting environment.
