Key Responsibilities
As an Associate – Java/Python Developer in Risk Analytics, you will:
- Redesign monolithic applications into microservices for scalable and efficient architecture.
- Lead the migration of legacy platforms to data-driven streaming systems.
- Collaborate effectively with peers and stakeholders across the organization.
- Ensure on-time delivery, quality, and performance of software solutions.
- Apply design patterns, algorithms, and best practices in development.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and team collaboration.
- Support customer-focused solutions and enhance user experience.
Required Skills & Expertise
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Java 8 and Python
- Expertise in Spring / Guice frameworks, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as Couchbase or MongoDB
- Knowledge of message queues (Kafka) and containerization tools (Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes)
- Understanding of design patterns, algorithms, non-functional requirements (NFRs), and CI/CD processes
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in migrating monolithic applications to microservices
- Exposure to the Airline domain is a plus
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or equivalent
- Experience: 4–9 years in software design, analysis, and development in Java/Python
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in Java, Python, cloud platforms, or containerization technologies are a plus
