Kroll is hiring an Associate – Investigations, Diligence and Compliance Specialist in New Delhi, India to join its Forensic Investigations & Intelligence team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile investigative and due diligence projects across South Asia, including mergers & acquisitions, market intelligence, regulatory inquiries, and compliance investigations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive, capable of synthesizing complex information to deliver actionable insights. Key Responsibilities

Investigations & Diligence

• Support case managers in conducting in-depth investigative and intelligence research.
• Gather, verify, and analyze data and information from multiple sources to produce high-quality analysis.
• Conduct fieldwork and research to support case development and portfolio administration.
• Examine findings to identify trends, issues, and areas for further investigation.
• Produce accurate, client-ready reports summarizing investigative outcomes.

Compliance & Risk

• Ensure all research adheres to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Contribute to risk identification and assessment across investigations and due diligence projects.

Collaboration & Client Engagement

• Coordinate research activities with team members in other Kroll offices.
• Support cross-functional teams and client communications with professionalism and clarity.
• Take ownership of projects, deliverables, and contribute to new business opportunities.

Professional Excellence

• Demonstrate strong judgment, commercial awareness, and commitment to the Kroll brand.
• Maintain organized and accurate records for all research and analysis activities.
• Adapt to tight deadlines and manage a varied caseload efficiently.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and investigative skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to synthesize large volumes of complex information.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word; familiarity with investigative analysis tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Journalism, Political Science, International Relations, International Business, or Security Studies.
• Experience in due diligence, investigative journalism, market intelligence, or M&A investigations is a plus.
• Freshers with strong academic performance and a keen interest in investigative research and compliance are welcome.
