Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Internal Audits and Process Audits to evaluate effectiveness of controls and processes.
- Apply COSO framework, SOX compliance, and risk management methodologies.
- Assess internal control concepts including Preventive, Detective, and Anti-fraud controls.
- Identify gaps and recommend improvements to processes, sub-processes, and activities.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to strengthen governance and control mechanisms.
- Maintain compliance with PwC’s ethical standards and risk management procedures.
Skills & Competencies
Mandatory Skills:
- Internal Audit / Process Audit experience
- Familiarity with COSO framework
- Knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls
- Experience in Retail, FMCG, or Manufacturing sectors
Preferred Skills:
- Process and sub-process evaluation
- Risk assessment and reporting
