Responsibilities
As an Associate Front-End Developer at Bain BCN Labs, you will:
- Build responsive and data-driven interfaces that simplify interaction with complex analytical applications.
- Collaborate with product leads, data scientists, and backend developers to translate designs into production-ready code.
- Integrate front-end components with APIs and Python-based back-end systems.
- Enhance internal tools and platforms using modern frameworks for scalability and performance.
- Ensure code quality, reusability, and maintainability through best practices and code reviews.
- Optimize UI/UX for accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser performance.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and iterations.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and collaboration in a team-focused setup.
Skills & Technical Expertise
- Front-End Development: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
- Frameworks & Libraries: React.js (preferred), Vue.js, Angular.
- State Management: Redux, Context API.
- API Integration: REST APIs, FastAPI, Django-based backends.
- Tools & Practices: Git/GitHub, Storybook, Figma, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Additional Knowledge: Web performance optimization, accessibility standards, automated testing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–2 years of professional experience in front-end development.
- Strong foundation in building user-focused, interactive web applications.
