Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Director at Deloitte Mumbai, you will:

Required Skills
- Experience: 10-15 years in Compensation & Benefits, Workforce Transformation, and HR strategy development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools for HR solutions.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- HR Methodology: Ability to formulate structured design thinking methodologies for HR transformations.
