Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design, build, test, and deployment of Workday integration solutions aligned with client HR transformation goals.
  • Translate functional specs and change requests into scalable technical integration solutions.
  • Develop program code following best practices for Workday integrations, including Cloud Connectors, CCW, EIB, Studio, XML/XSLT.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues to maintain high system reliability.
  • Lead integration workstreams independently through all project phases, from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Collaborate closely with client teams to ensure integration solutions meet business requirements.
  • Provide expert support for production incidents, warranty cases, and continuous enhancement.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a high-performance team culture.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices for efficient delivery.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Workday Integration certification or certification in Workday HCM plus one module (Absence, Compensation, Time Tracking, Benefits, Learning, Recruiting).
  • Minimum 12 years’ experience in Workday integration design, development, and support.
  • Expertise with Workday integration technologies: Cloud Connectors, CCW, EIB, Studio, PECI/PICOF.
  • Strong knowledge of Web Service technologies including REST, SOAP, WSDL, SSL, PGP, SAML.
  • Hands-on experience with XML, XSLT, XPath, and report writing.
  • Functional understanding of HCM modules: Core HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Business Process Configuration, Security.
  • Proven ability to manage complex technical issues and deliver client-centric solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, with a strong sense of ownership and teamwork.
  • Experience in Agile project environments.

Work Location & Mode

  • Base Location: Bengaluru, India (PAN India client travel may be required)
  • Working Model: Hybrid approach customized to project and domain needs
  • Travel: Frequent or occasional travel to client sites as per project requirements
