Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Director – Workday HR Transformation, you will:
- Lead Workday integration design, build, test, and deployment for large-scale clients.
- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and robust integration solutions.
- Manage full project lifecycle: requirement gathering, prototyping, testing, deployment, and support.
- Debug and resolve complex Workday integration issues with minimal assistance.
- Enhance the end-user Workday experience through scalable and secure solutions.
- Collaborate with global HR transformation teams to deliver high-value outcomes.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership across project workstreams.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Mandatory Workday certifications in Integrations or HCM + (Absence / Compensation / Time Tracking / Benefits / Recruiting / Learning).
- 12+ years of experience in Workday integration, functional development, and HR system support.
- Proficiency in Workday Cloud Connectors, EIB, Studio, DTs, XML, XSLT, XPath.
- Strong experience with Web Services APIs (REST, SOAP, WSDL, SAML, SSL, PGP).
- Knowledge of HCM functional modules – Core HR, Recruitment, Payroll preferred.
- Strong understanding of Business Process Configuration, Security, and CSDM.
- Hands-on experience with PECI/PICOF and Agile/SDLC methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience in Workday Studio integration development.
- Exposure to additional HR Tech solutions and enterprise platforms.
- Proven ability to lead client engagements and deliver high-quality outcomes.
