Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Delivery Management
- Lead a large SAP SuccessFactors AMS team across multiple global clients.
- Oversee end-to-end AMS delivery while maintaining SLAs, client satisfaction, and continuous service improvement.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for client issues and ensure rapid resolution.
- Manage large-scale transformation engagements and client relationships.
Financial & Resource Management
- Own revenue recognition, cost optimization, and margin tracking across multiple engagements.
- Collaborate with engagement and finance teams for accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Ensure optimal resource allocation, team utilization, and productivity across projects.
Shift & Capacity Planning
- Design and manage 24×7 shift operations to support clients across time zones.
- Plan for team ramp-ups, attrition backfills, and manage capacity risks proactively.
Solution Architecture & Pre-Sales
- Offer cross-module expertise in SAP SF modules including EC, RCM, ONB, PMGM, LMS, and Compensation.
- Validate solution designs, integration strategies, and change requests.
- Support pre-sales efforts with solutioning, client presentations, and RFP responses.
Team Development & Mentorship
- Coach team leads and consultants, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives, performance reviews, and succession planning.
- Drive internal upskilling and competency building across the AMS function.
Desired Qualifications & Skills
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, HR, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
- 12+ years of total experience, including 7+ years in SAP SuccessFactors AMS delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of Employee Central (EC) and at least 2 other SAP SF modules.
- Proven success managing large SAP AMS teams and multiple client engagements.
- Strong skills in financial management, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation.
Preferred:
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications (e.g., EC, PMGM, LMS).
- Exposure to integration platforms like Boomi or SAP CPI.
- Experience with RFP solutioning and pre-sales engagements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
