Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP FICO end-to-end implementation projects (min 5–7 projects) from planning to go-live
- Provide expert guidance on SAP FI/CO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center, and Profit Center Accounting
- Implement and configure SAP FICO solutions aligned with business requirements
- Manage financial process optimization and GST implementation within SAP
- Oversee teams and project deliverables ensuring high-quality outcomes
- Advise on system enhancements, workflows, and reporting solutions
- Ensure client satisfaction and alignment of SAP FICO modules with business objectives
Skills & Qualifications
- Extensive experience in SAP FICO implementation and support
- Strong project management and leadership skills in consulting or management environments
- Deep knowledge of financial accounting, controlling, and ERP best practices
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel for client engagements
