Responsibilities
As an Associate Director – SAP Data Migration at Deloitte, you will:
- Lead end-to-end SAP Data Migration projects using SAP BODS (BusinessObjects Data Services).
- Execute data profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, and cutover planning for SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and standardization across systems.
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies during migration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless migration execution.
- Generate reports on data quality, master data status, and KPIs for leadership review.
- Support system interoperability and issue resolution.
- Contribute domain knowledge, especially in pharma (preferred experience).
Skills & Expertise Required
- Strong experience in SAP Data Migration projects (SAP S/4HANA or ECC).
- Hands-on expertise with SAP BODS, ETL processes, and data management tools.
- Knowledge of data governance, standardization, and quality frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
- Consulting experience in data migration projects preferred.
- Pharma industry exposure will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Science or Engineering (preferred).
- 6+ years of consulting or management experience in SAP Data Migration.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client engagements (short and long-term).
