Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP Commerce Implementations: Oversee large-scale SAP Commerce / SAP Hybris Cloud projects, guiding teams through the design, deployment, and execution phases.
- Enterprise Architecture: Drive the design and implementation of enterprise and data architecture for B2C applications with over 10 lakh users.
- Cloud Integration: Lead cloud implementations for SAP Commerce solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to align project goals with business objectives and ensure successful delivery.
- Innovation & Optimization: Stay ahead of the latest SAP Commerce trends and optimize implementations for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers and technical teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and growth.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful and timely delivery of SAP Commerce solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
- SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Expertise: Proven experience in delivering SAP Commerce Cloud solutions, specifically within large-scale B2C projects.
- Enterprise & Data Architecture: Expertise in system design and data architecture for high-traffic applications, especially those with 10 lakh+ users.
- Leadership Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience leading SAP Commerce projects, including cloud solutions and enterprise systems.
- SAP Certification: SAP Commerce certification preferred to validate technical expertise and specialization in SAP solutions.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to solve complex architectural problems and optimize system performance and scalability.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.) for deploying and managing SAP Commerce solutions.
- Project Management: Ability to manage large teams, budgets, and timelines in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
