Key Responsibilities
As a SAP BRIM Associate Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP BRIM and FICA modules in client projects.
- Configure SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI): CITS, BITS, Aggregation, Billing & Invoicing.
- Manage FICA Configuration: Open Item Management, Direct Debit, Dunning, Security Deposit, Installment Plans, etc.
- Handle enhancements through FQEVENTS, BRF+, and related components.
- Integrate with third-party payment gateways via SPROXY, ODATA services, and APIs.
- Work closely with SAP FICO (SD) and support Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Lead requirement gathering, technical design, and documentation for FICA/CI workstreams.
- Ensure proper testing, deployment, and go-live support.
- Mentor teams and guide solution architects with best practices in SAP BRIM architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including business, IT, and operations.
Required Skills
To excel in this SAP BRIM leadership role, you should have:
- Strong expertise in SAP BRIM, FICA, and S/4HANA architecture and configuration.
- Proven experience with:
- CI Configuration: Billing, Invoicing, Event Enhancements
- FICA Config: Payments, Interest, Returns, Collections, Write-offs
- Integration: APIs, ODATA, Fiori, Third-party tools
- RICEF objects development and enhancements
- Functional understanding of Finance & Billing operations in enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead SAP transformation projects in a hybrid/agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Commerce from a reputed institution.
- 10+ years of experience with at least 3–5 years in a senior SAP consulting role.
- Prior experience working with global clients on large-scale SAP implementations.
- Knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) integration.
- Willingness to travel for short/long-term client engagements (as needed).
