Key Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Cloud Procurement functional consulting, focusing on SQM, Supplier Portal, and Supplier Onboarding modules
- Drive end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation projects across Procurement and SCM domains
- Gather and analyze client requirements, design solutions, and prepare functional and configuration documentation
- Manage supplier model setup, contract management, and inventory processes within Oracle Procurement Cloud
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party integrations to deliver comprehensive procurement solutions
- Conduct training sessions and prepare user manuals to ensure effective system adoption
- Communicate proactively with clients and stakeholders, supporting smooth project delivery and change management
- Travel onsite as needed to client locations to lead implementations and workshops
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle Procurement Cloud Functional Consulting with hands-on expertise in SQM, Supplier Onboarding, Supplier Portal, contracts, and inventory
- Proven track record of 2-3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud procurement implementations
- Strong functional knowledge of Cloud Procurement and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules
- Experience with OTBI reporting, dashboard creation, and solution extensions/integrations with third-party applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team collaboration
- Proficient in requirement gathering, solution design, documentation (functional and configuration)
- Ability and willingness to travel onsite to client locations (mandatory)
- Familiarity with financial accounting and cross-functional module integrations
- Knowledge of project management methodologies like Agile or Waterfall is a plus
