Key Responsibilities

As an Associate Director – FP&A, you will:

  • Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CFO and senior business leaders with actionable financial insights.
  • Develop and manage financial frameworks, KPIs, and performance metrics for business growth.
  • Drive cost control initiatives and overhead optimization programs.
  • Lead transformation of financial systems, moving from traditional Excel-based analysis to technology-driven tools.
  • Oversee preparation and delivery of board-level presentations and executive communications.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team across multiple geographies.
  • Ensure strong financial governance, compliance, and risk management in all planning activities.
  • Collaborate with corporate strategy, operations, and business units to align financial goals with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance with 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven leadership in managing large-scale FP&A and financial transformation projects.
  • Strong executive presence with demonstrated ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
  • Expertise in financial systems, data analytics, and business intelligence tools.
  • Experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams in a global environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
